Gorgeous white Bordeaux blend of Semillon and Sauv Blanc. Great quality and price, and a hit at the table, showing balance, bright refreshing acidity and a pretty finish.

Blind very difficult to identify that this is from SA as quite close to the classical Bordeaux style. Nice combination of the fresh aromas from Sauvignon Blanc and the richness of the Semillon. Has potential. @finewine.explorer

2017 62% Sauvignon Blanc and 38% Semillon blend from Constantia. Very bright and fresh wine. Had a bit of weight from oak, but pleasant on the palate. Key note that distinguishes this from the bordeaux (drank this next to a bordeaux blanc from 2016) is the grassy note on the back of citrus and green pepper. Could use a few more years I'm sure.

Close to Bordeaux Blanc in style. You can’t miss Sauvignon’s maracuja notes but it’s an elegant wine. Full-bodied, dense, but also crisp and lively. Creamy texture combined with lively acidity, it’s refreshing and serious at the same time. Tons of flavor, but delivered in a quite refined way. A complex, great wine. Medium greenish yellow. Well rounded nose with pineapple, oak and a touch butterscotch. Medium acidity (6/10) and medium bodied. Layered with a bit of spices, creamy and notes of tropical fruits. Medium plus finish. Drink till 2026.

Retailer tasting. A blend of 68% Sauvignon Blanc and 32% Sémillon. 14% ABV. Medium lemon colour. Classic citrus, gooseberry, stone fruit, herbaceous and lanolin notes, with lively acidity, a nice, creamy texture and good length. Medium- to full-bodied, with a tiny bit of heat on the very end. Good not great.

Big and bold. Chardonnay-like, with some butter on the nose, and some clear oak notes. Great acidity, and a very nice finish.
