The Rothbury Estate Barrique Red

I have enjoyed every Rothbury Barrique red I've had from around this period over the past 4 or 5 years. My most recent experiences have been with the 91' vintage and they were hugely enjoyable. Unlike their Barossa counterparts, there's a lot more going on here than mere fruit - and at a fraction the cost. Old leather, boot polish, a touch of liquorice - and (of course) plenty of integrated oak. Still drinking very, very nicely. Proof positive for …
