Clear deep rose red..aromas of raspberries and yoghurt (the good stuff)…refreshing acidity…juicy sensations…flavors follow the aromas..shortish aftertaste …light sediment.poured carefully..last pour a bit thick…very different from the top pours…aromas are cream and raspberry…acids mild…taste of raspberry milkshakes…oh yeah

Grenache and Mission. 12% - and I believe it. Very light color - rose really. Pretty nose of gentle red Grenache. A pleasant bitterness to the red fruited palate. A more savory contribution from the Mission to complement the gentle elegance of the Grenache - touch feral and animal. Good acid giving lift and freshness. Unambitious perhaps but really lovely. Bravo Rajat! Chill. Drink as soon as humanly possible.

Nice combo of Grenache and Mission. The two play off well with dark fruits and structure from G and a savory, slightly animal element from Pais. Good stuff.
