Popped and poured due to time constraints, just felt like a glass…. Think Halliday has done a decent job reviewing back in 2014, despite desperate attempts to think independently. Deep ruby, with a crimson tinge to the hue. Cedar oak predominate, but I have no doubt it would burn off if treated properly and give a decant. Then yes, darks plums, all spice and licorice. Good 5 years head I’d say, great drop
