Very good wine, perfect luncheon wine. Not too heavy, but plenty of flavour and character, and drunk at about the right time. Classic Chianti style. Colour: smokey cherry Bouquet: light spicy berry Palate: mid-weight, spicy cherry, savoury, great texture and balance, very clean acid finish. April 2014
