Anita: Earthy, black dirt nose with black plum notes, leather, blackberry; mth is medium, med. t’s, earthy, touch plum, a bit rustic, and dark cave wine notes. Good with ribs, better w/St. agur. Fun, black, rustic.

Brian & Tess’: Deep purple color; aromas of plum and chocolate and some hints of fruit--blueberry b/c we ate choc./blueberry for desert! Rich body w/ pretty heavy t’s. A big, rustic wine, lots of red wine taste.

Chez moi: Rich dark fruits, a little cassis, some vanilla; rich, tannic, med full body; not sharp, good fin.

Geant: Deep purple robe; nez: fruit de bois fancee; heavy earth & smoke, hing of cassis/spice at fin.; bouche: big t’s, supple; nice long fin. w/hi notes-hot.
