Initially shy. Some sharp dirt, some black currant. Bigger in finish. not super developed. Over 4 hours, changed and becomes complex. earth and red fruit accents emerge and it becomes very good.

Started off thin and neutral from a pnp. Took some time to open up in glass and on the revisit. Then started showing some underlying red fruit and a nice spice and mushroom component. Complexity picked up but the body of the wine was still on the thinner side.

A wonderful aged burgundy delivering big time. Roasted black cherry flavors predominant, with tar, sage, and pomegranate notes. The flavors go on and on in the glass. An unusual WTSO find.
