Medium yellow color. Medium nose of crisp green apple with whiff of petroleum. Dry, refreshing acidity, taste of lemon, green apple, flint. Medium body and finish. Great stuff.

pure and crystalline like glacier water, whisp of stone-fruit sweetness on nose and front of palate, but finishes dry and saline and refreshing; beautiful balance and execution

The nose showed floral tones with lime and crushed stone. On the palate, I found citrus-tinged minerals along with inner floral tones and balanced, mouthwatering acidity. The floral notes lasted well into the finish along with lasting minerality.
