It was an interesting wine brought by my son-in-law as we prepped duck for Easter dinner. The sparkling wine was light gold-coloured with medium legs. The nose and taste was similar: notes of melon, pineapple, guava and apple. However, there was a slight bitter edge to this light-bodied wine. It has a medium finish. While it was pleasant enough as an aperitif drink, I'm not sure I would recommend it for the price point.
