Complicating notes of rich cherry, iron and faint black olive. In the mouth, medium bodied with a lush and compact body. High toned , with good energy. Nice wine that will drink well by itself or with food.

This is a nice Tuscan blend, 20% Cab Sauv, 15% Cab Franc, 5% Petite Verdot and 60% Merlot. Nice earthy nose, cherries on the palate, nice finish. Needs a long decant. Tannins dissipate and wine comes into balance after 2-3 hours. Don't just pop and pour as you will miss what this truly is... I'd probably store this for a few more years as it's so very similar to a French Bordeaux.
