11.5% ABV. Blend of 62% Sauvignon Blanc, 18% Pinot Blanc (harvested on October 8), 16% Auxerrois, and 4% Gewurztraminer (on September 22). Sorted the following day upon harvest at 10R winery, and pressed in whole bunches. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and blended on 14 May, 2024. Racked on 10 September, 2024 with 20 ppm SO2 added.
