Chapelle Ste. Agnès Vidal Icewine

Excellent sweet wine. Comes out of a 200 ml bottle. Aromas of honey, apricot, figs, crème brulée, apple pie. Balanced, the sugar level is quite reasonnable. It is opulent, rich, sweet and has a very enjoyable tension for a sweet wine, and has not this thickness than can be found with many Sauternes (and which I often find over-the-top for my personal taste). Very decent length too. A really nice discovery.
