Nose of flowers and herbs. Well balanced, though limited in power, fruit, herbs and flowers, good acidity, length is there but limited. I think this is it, perhaps a little closed? Very good GV, but miles away from the top (Honivogl from Hertzberger)

Same bottle after 2 days broader pallet of fruits and spices, acids there, well balanced, mouth-filling. I am happy that the bottle developed so well. I will definitely give the next bottle more air before pooring in the glass.

Restricted in both nose and taste. White fruit, flowers, spices , smooth, good acidity. A solid high quality GV.

I wish it was colder when I drank it

very dry long finish.

Fresh, salty, perfect with grilled fish.

93+ Blasses Gelb mit grünen Reflexen Zitrus,Hauch Mandarine,florales,tropisches. Rund,Balanciert,reich,trotzdem frisch,viel Schmelz,sehr gute Tiefe. Längerer Extraktsüsslich-würziger Abgang. Kann man auch eintauchen,alles auf sehr hohen Niveau und vermittelt trotzdem jetzt schon sehr viel Trinkvergnügen.

Aroma: wood shavings and petrol with notes of honey and nutmeg. Palate: nutty, flinty and rich with flavors of honeyed citrus, almond, grass and a hint of wet stone. Very complex. Moderate acidity. Excellent.

The wine is clear and pale lemon in colour. The nose is clean with medium (+) intensity aromas of citrus (lemon), green fruit (apple, pear), stone fruit (white peach), other (mineral), spice (white pepper). The wine is youthful. The palate is dry with medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium (+) intensify flavours of green apple, lime, peach, mineral, white pepper. The finish is medium (+) length. Tight and linear with a bitter finish. Not my style but well liked around the table.
