Sept 14, 2018 Fine sediment settled. Dried fruit, sl. earthy nose. Mid-dark ruby colour, no browning. Good CS flavours, full mid-mouth feel and taste. Lots of fruit; tannins soft; quiet acidity; finish adequate. Good longevity at 22 years since harvest

22 years later. Shared with Stace. Still has fruit and some freshness. No leathery notes. 12.5 % alc, similar to Bordeaux of the time. Medium weight Cabernet. Pleasant drinking in a Claret manner.
