Classic as Victoria gets. Moderate lemon in the glass. Ripe, sweet-fruited nose with a nice touch of oak in the form of nougat, vanilla and lemon curd. Not overdone. Lightning acidity. Tropical notes dominate on the palate. Long finish. Oak very well-integrated on all fronts. Slightly leaner style compared to 2020. Lovely wine and still one of my favourites from Australia.
