Very nice at this time. Great value. Smooth, long finish, cedar, blackberry, and fig notes.

Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Light to medium expressiveness, dark earth, cranberry, blueberry, and leather. Palate: Medium bodied, light attack of dark fruit, nice balance, some mid-palate lift driven by cranberry and dark chocolate. Finish: Medium length dominated by cranberry and dark chocolate. Not a lot going on here, but decent effort none the less - decent QPR.

Light, red wine with little in the way of tannins. I don't expect it to improve much over time. A good everyday drinker.

No score - brief taste at a party - seemed thin. This was a PnP with no decant.

This wine was surprising. Thought it was going to be similar to the bigger bolder Napa style wines we have become accustom to. This was one the lighter side, with the nose of plum, cassis, and hints of violet, chocolate, and earthiness. The palate was strong but no over powering, with subtle hints of the earthiness and chalks. Very well balance of tannins and finish with a traditional Napa Cabernet finish. We let sit in our cellar for a year …

Cameron Hughes Tasting (Colonial Beverage, Chesterland Ohio) : $20 and a definite step up from the 335. This has some nice cassis fruit. Seems like it will get better with a year or two to develop. Good body. Good value.

Drank over a couple of nights... a little bit too much oak right now, round tannins and fruit. It opened up over night and had that classic lavender/violet mid pallet. QPR fantastic ($10.50)....

Very fruit forward, bit of oak on the nose. Opened up after 30min out of the bottle. Good everyday wine at the price point.

One hour decant. Color is dark, almost opaque with little to no rim. Nose of plum, cassis, violet with a hint of mocha and subtle earthiness. Round but not too complex. Very dry up front with a smooth but powerful mid-palate where the subtle earth and musk come through the ripe blackberry and plum. Medium to low acid with soft tannins. Underlying chalk before trailing off without much evolution into a medium finish with traditional cab flavors. Don't see a …
