Déhu Père & Fils Champagne 41b La Rue de Noyers

Haut-Baillys (Balvenera) : V19, disgorged Feb 28, 2022. This is impressive; a powerhouse of a Champagne with a deep red colour and an equally intense red fruited character to the flavours. Beyond the rich fruit, there's also a savoury toastiness and a sweeter brioche-like element that becomes more prominent with air, and the whole package is quite compelling.

Very nice. Great intensity on the palate. Notes of macerated strawberry and a hint of melon. Not too earthy and a little fine boned.

Rich in color and taste, very enjoyable but too young

First time to try the rosé. This was impressive. Cranberry fruit with cream, we’ll balanced with good intensity. More refined than rustic with generous mousse. Our group unanimously liked it.
