I am not a big fan of Ice Wine and would not seek out a bottle. This was given to me as a gift, so a perfect opportunity to taste. I was pleasantly surprised. Notes of honey, maple, brioche and muted red fruit. Slight petrol notes with a creamy mouthfeel. This is an interesting offering. Not much complexity and weak acidity. The wine looks rosy colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like gooseberry. It tastes like cherry. The body is medium. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity. Excellent for a hot day in summer on the patio.
