Otter Cove Riesling

Found some crystallization on the cork. Very light and even color with slight yellow tint, leaving a clear coating on the glass. It didn't take long for this wine to open up. Aromatically, nondescript at first, but soon turned floral, some pear, and dare I say a little leather. Taste is good, not great. The sweetness hits you first but mellows with through the pallet, probably due to the acid. Nice balance after the first couple of sips. Quick finish, …
