Mount Majura Tempranillo

Dark purple colour. The cool vintage has not been kind to this wine - which I have really enjoyed in the past. There's some dark cherry, spice and herbs on the nose, but a lemony type acidity dominates the mouth, indicating ripeness is an issue. It's OK, but I think tempranillo must need the heat that was somewhat absent to be at its best. I wasn't the only one that found this hard to drink. I certainly don't agree with …
