Palmaz Vineyards Rosé

Delicious!

Gorgeous, single-vineyard Rosé out of the Coombsville appellation. Small production. Predominantly Bordeaux varieties with over 60% Cabernet and a smattering of the other 4 along with roughly 7% Grenache. Incredibly Provençal in both complexion and character however, with a nose full of wild strawberry, lemon zest, kiwi, white gummy bear and hibiscus. Palate shows sinewy tension between subtle weight of mouthfeel and the airy zing of the bright acidity. Impressive elegance and restraint for the valley and an ideal summer …

Very light wine great on a hot summer day. Best served with a slight chill.

Nearly clear, fruit acidity on the palate. Does not linger.
