alive wine, a little sharp at first, but it calms down and offers a fresh grape experience that was refreshing and excellent with ribs. This would not be a pop and pour for someone who wants a generic "glass of wine". Serve cold and it needs time in the glass, proper food and summer night

Delightful, fresh, very grapey and delicious. Pure wine, the thick sediment on the bottom of the bottle says it all - it's grape juice.

Tart and light. Good rooftop drinking.

Extremely fresh, juicy. Cloudy with sediment, looks like pink lemonade or grapefruit cocktail - very pretty. Initially a little *too* tart, almost sour, but settled down over an hour to become a nicely balanced, lip-smacking, sauvage rosé. Very enjoyable.
