Dark. S: Concentrated black cherry, some tobacco, slight new leather, blackberry, nutty wood (or even like walnut shells?). T: Cherry, black cherry, fig, blackberry, nutty wood (can't pin down what that is), some milk chocolate. Higher-medium body, with soft to medium tannins and higher medium-acidity. A bigger fruit presence than traditional styles, but still enough complexity to make it a good value for $7 at Trader Joes. 87 QPR: 93
