Served blind - Stunning, from a case purchased on released and not moved following delivery. Colour still very deep, distinct sweetness from American oak nose but fabulous balance, beautifully fresh and utterly seamless with excellent length. Quite a flashy style but really complete and loved by all.

Rich dark McLaren Vale Shiraz goodness. Plum, cherry, dark chocolate, meat, black pepper, more besides.

Dinner in Burnt ends singapore 🇸🇬. Medium purple color. Red cherry, leather, wet forest floor on the nose. Med acidity, high alcohol, full body, Med flavor intensity, med tannins, med finish. Nice red fruits, creamy raspberry froth, you feel a bit of the alcohol Heath, a touch of mushroom and earthiness, light black pepper, very nice even though the finish is not super long. This wine is drinking well now.

Quite a bit better than I was expecting based on the reviews. Certainly young but lots of fruit still and enjoyable with an hour or so in the decanter.

Deep ruby in the glass. Slightly hot on the nose, but has some solid fruit concentration as well in forms of plum, blackcurrant & blackberry. Hints of sweet spices in the background. Really rich Shiraz with the alcohol still coming out just like on the nose. Acidity is medium and is complemented by soft tannins. Medium finish. Not the best Shiraz to drink a bottle of, just ok.

Chocolate, cherry, vanilla and balanced spice. Tannins are defined yet subdued. A nice drop, looking forward to another one.

It was a good wine when it was opened. Old School Aussie winemaking. We were already done dinner when this was opened. Put the cork back in and tried it again to night and it was pretty much finito.
