A lot of tannins. Dry. A little rough.

14/20 Bonne attaque en bouche avec des tannins gouleyants. Fruité / épicé / vif / agréable. Peut-être un peu raccoleur ? Comme un jeune crooner américain. Mais dans l'ensemble j'aime bien cette franchise que ne tente pas de nous tromper. Un crooner qui s'assume en somme !

Pop and pour. Crimson in color. Low rim variation. Medium legs. Nose Forest floor, Hazelnut. Taste Blackberry, Red Currant, Raisin, Pear, Molasses. Ok for eight dollars. But I like Hey Mambo is much better.

Nice pasta wine, but non-distinct. With a blend like this it is hard for it to have anything stand out. Solid drink though.

ok California Winehouse. too much Oak but Wellington balanced. would pay 22 for this Winehouse.

2008 Big House Red •The Stuff: While in the video I refer to 6 different grapes being in the wine, I must admit that I was wrong because there are 13 different wine grapes in this bend, including five that I can check off my wine century list (Algianico 6%, Tannat 6%, Nero D’Avola 5%, Sargentino 4%, and Touriga 3%). Très fruité, légèrement sucré. Ça rappelle le "Cherry Coke"! Rien de fancy mais se bois plutôt bien.

Red and tart fruits on the nose. Deep red with a hint of purple. Tannic and mouth-puckering with an unexpected hint of sweet.
