Poured relatively flat. Rich sweet fruit smell, dried apricots, hay, leesy funk, caramel. Full bodied and concentrated, some orange peel flavours, high acid and quite a strong lambic yeast taste. Very long. More savoury in the mouth than the smell suggests. Clean and crisp finish. Excellent. Really a remarkable drink.

Dark with a medium head. Molasses, malty sweet and bitter. Great acidity. Medium rich body. Finishes with a bitter sweet chocolate note. Feel of mousse in mid. Excellent stout.
