Certainly developed, but a very good drink. There are notes of brulee, custard apple, honey and white mushroom. It is quite full, with vinous sweetness at its heart. The finish is just drying off a tad and there's refreshing bitter citrus fruit flavour right at the end.

Very dark in color. Looks like a Sauternes. Aromas of lemon curd, mineral, slate and custard. Flavors of lemon pie, mineral, touch of vanilla and nut. Ends with a 20-25 second finish with nut and mineral notes. This is past peak but still drinking really nice.
