Sweet aromas of blueberries, blackberries, and plum fill the glass in concert with savory pipe tobacco and dill. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky with plenty of dark fruit that lingers. 67% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon Camel Hill Vineyard, Santa Cruz Mountains, which sits at an elevation of 900 feet overlooking Lexington Reservoir in Los Gatos, California. Aged for 20 months in 40% new American oak and 60% neutral oak barrels.
