Screwcap. Stale nose of butter, pineapple, and rum. Palate shows significant oxidation, but not quite enough to ruin the wine. Mild flavours of lemon juice, butter, and pineapple cake. Palate is oily but not cloying, thanks to oxidation, acidity, and a touch of bitter tannin.
