Albert Boxler, Pinot Blanc Reserve

Mildly hot with lack of flavor focus.

Distinctive notes of lime blossom, ripe peach, honey, fig, and and raw pie dough. I also get pineapple, wildflowers, and some salty minerals on the finish Very nice, though not better than its price tag of $30. Needs some air and drink at a cool temperature. Excellent match with Cornmeal/coconut crused tilapia and good match with Poached tuna, but really, this was best without food. I loved it when I just sipped on it, but didn’t love it with food. …
