Dublin Liberties Distillery Copper Alley Irish Whiskey

10 yo single malt 46% Aged in Bourbon casks and then Oloroso Sherry Fruity nose, oranges, fruit cake, hint of tobacco, some rum, vanilla Light, peppery and spicy, some sweet fruity notes Very fresh, creamy body and bitter sweet marmalade notes Rich complex nose, palate gets more interesting with each sip Good whiskey but it's £65 a bottle. Can't help thinking you could do better for the money
