(15/20) Blind tasted. What is this? Dense structure, lovely acidity that gives the wine a nice freshness. Very balanced wine, some lees ageing, great structure. Could be Pinot Blanc, with this acidity from Alto Adige maybe? Nope, Verdejo, from 30-year-old vines and aged on the lees for 8 months.
