Pnp. Ruby coloured and hazy since it was unfiltered. Cedar, vanilla, violet on the nose. Red apple skin, red cherry on the palate. Structured yet fine tannins. A little spicy on the finish which is short. Day 2 showed green apple on the nose from the bottle. In glass, I got blackcurrent, red plums on the nose. Tannins softened. Red fruits like red cherries and sour candies.
