I didn't take much notes but we both really enjoyed this wine. It didn't take long to breath before it was very drinkable. I will certainly get some more.

Popped and poured. This is 70/30 Sangio/Merlot, and it melds plummy fruit character of the latter with the acidity of the former ably. Certainly a bit "bigger" than your standard issue Chianti, and more international in style. Followed a Gaja CM Promis and, while not quite in that league, wasn't far off.
