Drinking history, from a small 0.2 ha block from Itata Hills, Huarilihue, Chile (granite soils) ploughed with horse. 180 years old Pais (a.k.a. Mission), produced CO2 neutral with low intervention (gravity fed and solar powered) and only 1 mg/l of sulfur. The wine is unfined and only corase filtered. 1000 bottles produced.
