Good but may have not drank soon enough.

Way passed its prime. Bought a case, about 8 bottles were aged, but the other four were fantastic.

Cracked my third bottle. notes the same as last. Strong flavors, but overtly fruit with just enough tannins and acid to keep it from being jammy. Not balanced. Tannins are smooth though. Still a decent wine. Picked up a case @ $19/a piece ... Good wine for that price, wouldn't pay the $40+ market price though. Much better WA Cabs in that price range.

Weak aromatics, but good fruit flavor. Tastes almost like a merlot but has good Cabernet backbone.

Warm, tempting and inviting nose of baking spices, dill and fresh cream. A classy, red hue that moves well in the glass, this red comes out of the gate with a flury. This took roughly 6 hours to pop from it's shell. Waves of red fruit pour out featuring boysenberry, cherry, huckleberry and wild berry all wrapped in a cardomom laced package. Color: beautiful lighter cherry red, great legs. Nose does not reveal taste. Nose: vanilla, musty, alcohol. Taste: cherry jam, tobacco, lots of tannic acid, lemon/citrus finish. Served with blue cheese removing the astringent/sharp tastes making this wine a beauty. Maybe needed more time. B for $65.00.

Paso cabs never do much for me and this is no exception. The nose was very dense and overly fruity without much else going on and on the palette there were strong fruit flavors without much tannic structure. The finish was hot and one-dimensional. not very good overall
