Showing a bit of "flatness" and is more cloudy than expected due to being unfiltered I guess. Still lots of character but seems to be in a weird place and I've been told bottle consistency has been an issue so I'll hold off on my next two bottles for a year or so...

An Epic Summer Wine Weekend - Year 4; 6/27/2025-6/29/2025 (Conestogo Lake) : This pours light straw in the glass. The nose is of binned apple, green jolly rancher, chalk, burlap, and green grape. Simple and not super appealing for my palate. The palate enters on on binned apple, with medium plus acid. The finish replays the nose. This was bottled without sulfur according to the label; it was really quite nice. Ripe orchard fruits, floral, hints of lemon peel, and just a touch of yeast and saline notes. The palate has a lovely silky feel; good intensity. Overall very enjoyable.

Sthlm Food & Wine Champagne-tastings (Älvsjömässan, Stockholm) : (Disgorged in February 2022, 100% Chardonnay from Chouilly, dosage 0 gr/L) Light yellow colour with an almost greenish hue. Tropical notes on the youthful nose that opens up rather quickly showing passion fruit, yellow kiwi, ginger and chalk. With some time some gunpowder and butter reveals itself.
