Mainly Pinot Noir (approx. 80%) with Trousseau and Poulsard. Semi-carbonic fermentation. Aged for 12 months, bottled unfined, unfiltered, unsulfited. No obvious vintage in the label, just lot number "LC18". 13% alcohol. Dark, somewhat translucent and still rather youthful black cherry color. Somewhat restrained and savory nose with aromas of brambly black raspberries, some leathery tones, a little bit of fresh cherry, light meaty tones and a hint of smoke.
