Melon, green strawberry, and a hint of desert on the nose. Dry, balanced acidity and a bit of citrus in the mouth. Long spreading finish.

My wife and I both thought this wine drank better on night two. Although the cuisines were different, it is worth noting that the wines were delivered only a couple of days earlier. I am going to give the remaining bottles a little time to settle in before opening.
