Amazing wine. I think he is the best winery in all of Alsace. If only we could get it in the US. Fantastic!

Fresh, parfume smell. Hints of raisins and roses. The flavour is extremely balanced with the smells, where the raisins and roses come back. After having emptied half the bottle, it was left in the fridge for 24 hours, and came back even stronger, with sweet and determined flavours, sometimes resembling semillion.
