Luigi Rizzo Dolcetto d'Asti

This pours light cloudy garnet in the glass. The nose is reticent but reveals this is in good condition showing cranberry, tart red cherry, dried orange peel, spice cabinet, rosewater, and a touch of amaro. The Palate shows a very elegant and resolved profile. Tannin is low and acid is medium. The finish is light and airy with tart red fruit closing things out.
