Subtle earth notes and melded red cherries on the nose. Medium tannin level with integrated acidity showing some green herbal elements, dry bright cherry and a hint of raspberry. Overall, drinking well now, tannins might integrate a bit better with some additional time, but OK now.

Deep red colour, powerful nose. Full of berries and long aftertaste - decided to buy 24 bottles after trying this wine at a restaurant in London.

nose: silky and elegant nose of dark florals, red cherries, herbs, spices, and plums. Has a real expressive and feminine touch to it on the nose with some nice depth taste: smooth and silky medium feel with medium+ acidity and good tannins. Plush tones of red cherries, herbs, spices, tobacco, leather, and some berries overall: A very pretty young vino nobile. This should really become something pretty with more age on it and some added depth and layering

lots of dark cherries, black fruit and a hint of wood. nice tanning and strong acidity, this wine needs several hours in the decanter and would do better with a few years in the bottle.

Novovino's spring portfolio : nose: lovely and deep nose of red cherries, herbs, spice tones, plums, and tobacco. Excellent balance and aromatics that make their way out of the glass taste: nice tannins with a lovely plush medium feel with good tones of tobacco, red cherries, roasted herbs and spice tones overall: A quality wine. Very well balanced with lovely aromatics, this needs a few years to really strut its stuff, but is very enjoyable right now

Wine Watch Best of 2008 Tasting (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) : Richer, rounder and more depth than the non-Reserva and well worth the extra $6 it was offered for.
