Outstanding. Not quite the sweetness of a classic Sauternes, with more acidity and greater lift: a lightness, similar to a Vouvray Moelleux. Beautiful golden color, and a scent of honeysuckle, an end-of-summer warmth in the air. A tasting experience to remember, and cherish. Rated 2 on a scale of -1 to 3.
