Tasted at The Wine Society's Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon tasting, Winchester, UK. This was my favourite white of the evening. Light silver with a hint of gold. It's fruit forward, dry, crisp, rich and full bodied. Would be great as an aperitif or equally good with fish, smoked salmon, etc. Excellent value for money.
