“The Faces of Chardonnay”, final wine: This wine was dark amber in colour and offered raisins, orange, nuts, chocolate and spices on the nose, and fruitcake, raisins, orange, nuts, chocolate, mushroom, cane sugar and spices on the palate, with high, fresh acidity and superb length. Super rich and super sweet, with great concentration and complexity, yet very fresh. Well done!
