Angus, The Bull Cabernet Sauvignon, Central Victoria

The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. Tasted with Hamish, wine maker. Wines was a tad lighter than previous vintages. Still nice but lacked depth. Nice aromas, cedar, currants, spice, vanilla. On the pallet seemed a tad lean vs previous vintages, had good flavors, bright red fruit, cigar box, dried herbs, vanilla from the American oak, a tad smoky. finish was ok, a little short. but over all a good quaffer

Pleasant, a bit of that South American flavor
