Weekly tasting group #017; A fully blind test. (@ DJ) : Carmine red brown color. Raspberries, coffee and chocolate in the bouquet. On the palate good freshness and mild tannin. Something special. I am hardly familiar with Swiss wines. This wine seems to be ready now.
