2025 Martinborough day trip with Jeffrey (Martinborough, NZ) : The Down the Rabbit Hole is Lance’s alternative version of NZ sauvignon blanc. 2016 was the first vintage he made in this style. Martinborough fruit from vines over 20 years of age. It was fermented on skins for two weeks, aged in neutral oak and underwent full malolactic fermentation. The colour a little cloudy.
