Nice sparkling. Fresh and crisp fruit on the nose. Palate: green apple, pear, grapefruit with mild acid on the tongue. Medium finish length. Enjoy

Nutty with hints of green apple. Toasted notes and an easy finish. A sparkling wine that's also food friendly? Yes, and with more than just your average charcuterie board. Looking forward to another bottle some time soon.

More air the better, after 24h in decanter its quite sexy. After 3h it was approachable but with more air smoothes out. Was thinking initially grenache blend with Verdot but its petit Syrah. Will give it a few more years of rest and see how it goes. 92.5 points

One big wine. Deep ripe dark fruit, nice herbaceous nose. On palate massive black cherry, ripe plums, earthy notes of smoke and leather, and that herbaceousness that is present initially revisits in the long finish. Really, really good.

Massive unctuous and rich. Dark magic at work. Too hard core for a novice. Only for master sorcerers.

Same notes apply. Easy drinking not overly complex another ‘ok’ wine from Orin Swift. Would prefer a more complex less generic style vs muted blend like the rest of the line up. Don’t get me wrong, they are all enjoyable but at the higher end should be more complex.

90 min decant. Deep opaque purple with a garnet rim. Sweet nose of maple syrup, cedar, vanilla and blackberries. Taste is similar with notes of anise and licorice. A little sweet tarts too. Pretty good acidity provides backbone. Medium plus body. Petite Syrah blend but tastes primarily of Syrah and Grenache. 92.5 now with room to grow another point or two.

Such an unusual blend. Had a Prisoner 2016 before this - that I've been wanting all week - and this was cut from a similar cloth (ideologically). This is bigger, deeper ... and in need of more time. Wow! Just received and decided to try one of the 6. Out of the gate it was BIG and had a lot of power. It kept improving over the next hour and a half. The last glass was simply incredible with a long long finish. Going to hold on to the rest for a bit but it’s going to take a lot of restraint.
