Pale ruby in colour. Quite transparent at the rim. Lovely perfumed nose indicating some whole bunch. Maraschino cherry, rose water, strawberry. Some subtle dried leaf and earth but very red fruit driven. Light body with high acidity carries candied cherry and raspberry with some slight smokey bitterness across the palate. Tannins are somewhat more raspy and unintegrated than expected for Pinot. A lingering bitterness in the finish but the brightness of fruit and acid does balance it. Overall a very …

Palate: dry, medium(+) acidity, medium(-) tannins, medium alcohol (13,2%), medium(-) bodied. Medium intensity, medium length finish. Red cherry, cherry syrup. Pomegranate, cranberry. Beetroot, earth.
